Refugee Experience for Year 7
Last week, Year 7 students visited Auburn to learn and experience new things.
In the morning we did the Refugee Experience where we got to hear real stories from real refugees. It was powerful and sad at times but we had some laughs too. For lunch we headed into Auburn to try new foods such as pide and baklava
The day ended with a visit to the Japanese Garden where we saw displays of flowers and fauna native to Japan.
