Introducing Mrs Juliet Aboagye-Hill

Hi there families,

My name is Juliet Aboagye-Hill, better known as Mrs Hill. I have worked at PCS for a year now and am currently in the role of Preschool Teacher. My parents are from Ghana, West Africa and I was born in Dusseldorf, Germany. I have been raised in Australia but have spent a bulk of my adult life in Japan - 12 years to be exact.

I attended LaTrobe University where I earned my Bachelor of Electronic Commerce degree, then quickly discovered a life in front of a screen was not for me. One could say I fell into teaching some 17 years ago and have yet to look back. In that time I have pursued a Bachelor of Early Childhood.

I met my wonderful husband Reggie while studying as an exchange student at Washington State University, 19 years ago. We have been married for 13 years and have two beautiful children - Amayah, 5 and Rex, 2. With two children under 5 and being an Early Childhood Teacher, it definitely keeps me on my toes. Literally! A fun fact about my family...every single one of us has been born in a different country. Feel free to send your guesses my way.

So what do I like to do in the free time I don’t have? I love to exercise, although I have discovered cardio of any kind just does not seem to agree with me; learn foreign languages - currently at 3.5 languages; sing; dance; do craft; eat and spend time with my friends and family.

I’m passionate about shaping young minds and really enjoy being a part of them discovering themselves and seeking the most of who God wants them to be. Thanks for allowing me to tag along for the ride.

See you in and around the school.

Cheerfully in Christ,

Mrs Juliet Hill

Preschool Teacher
