Counselling team available for support

School Counselling is still available for students remotely, as appropriate, via Zoom (online conferencing program). This is an audio only option where we can confidentially discuss your concerns and complete a ‘check in’ with you.

Sessions are offered within the School’s normal hours of operation.

Existing Clients/Students who already see a Counsellor may be contacted by the Counsellors to check in and see how they are going via email and offer an appointment time.

The student and or family can also email the School Counsellor directly and request an appointment. The Counsellor will then email counselling appointment time, via a link to a Zoom (audio only) meeting.

There is a limited capacity to see clients at school in person at this time. We are hopeful this will increase over time.

New Referrals or students who haven’t seen a counsellor recently or before:

Students who have not accessed counselling at school before, and would like to, can email their Wellbeing Mentor or Head of School with the request.

Parents/caregivers can also request counselling, with the consent of your child, by contacting their child’s Wellbeing Mentor or Head of School first.

To contact the Counselling team please email: Counselling@pcs.nsw.edu.au
