Bully-proofing Your World: a seminar for parents - 27 February 2018
Penrith Christian School is pleased to host an important seminar for parents on Tuesday 27 February 2018, BULLY-PROOFING YOUR WORLD, presented by Brett Murray from Make Bullying History.
This night, for parents only, is open to PCS families and anyone in our local community.The seminar will cover what is/is not bullying, why people bully, the effects of bullying for both victim and perpetrator, self esteem, reacting versus responding, and more.
An optional dinner is available, and includes a full buffet (including pasta, salads, curry, roast, dessert, soft drinks, tea/coffee). Come and enjoy a meal with other parents and avoid the rush to have dinner at home before the Seminar!

Brett Murray is co-founder and CEO of Make Bullying History Foundation. Together with his wife Terrisa, Brett has been delivering anti-bullying educational programs to students, parents, and professional educators for 15 years. Five times nominee for Australian of the Year, Brett has worked with NSW State and Federal Police and the NSW Juvenile Justice department. He has also been a youth policy advisor to the NSW state government, and is an internationally published author. Brett is a passionate professional speaker who has the rare talent of being able to connect and impact audiences of all ages.
