Educational Administrator

Professional administrator role with strong focus on NESA and student learning administration

About the Position

We are seeking a suitably qualified, experienced and collaborative person to join our Operations team in the Administration division. The successful candidate will be a committed Christian, actively involved in their local church.

As the Educational Administrator you will be providing professional administrative support to our Head of Learning and Teaching, as well as curriculum and learning enrichment teams. This role has a strong focus on NESA and student learning administrative responsibilities from Kindergarten to Year 12.

Due to the nature of this role, you will only be required to work during school terms, staff development weeks and one week of each school holiday break. Your hours will be 7.55am to 3.55pm Monday to Friday.

About You

Along with a current Working with Children Check, you will need to be able to demonstrate the following:

  • An understanding of NESA processes and compliance will be an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, staff, parents and other members of the wider community
  • Willingness and flexibility to assist in all areas
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and within tight timeframes
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Strong ICT skills across a range of platforms, particularly Microsoft
  • Current First Aid qualification (preferred)

Experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
